Aurora Review Summary

Product: Aurora

Creators: Jono Armstrong and Brendan Mace

Product type: Pinterest traffic and sales funnel software for Project Profit Academy

Price: $17

Scam / Legit? : Legit

Recommended or not? : NOT recommended

Aurora is partly a bot that works on Pinterest to automatically follow some people’s followers, bringing this traffic to the other part of it, which is a webinar sales funnel of an expensive product called Project Profit Academy.

It is made to work only for its creators, because free Pinterest traffic does not convert well, and sending a bot this way can get your account banned. Moreover the high ticket program is almost impossible to sell, if you have not nurtured relationships and built trust with your audience.

If you do not want to waste anymore time and money on useless products, check out my #1 recommendation to making money online:

What is Aurora by Jono Armstrong and Brendan Mace

To check out Aurora by Jono Armstrong, let us first take a look at its home page:

This is a software that automates 2 important things of a business: traffic, as well as a high ticket offer.

According to Jono, $5 to $10 commissions are a joke, no one gets rich on those. With Aurora, it automates a high ticket offer with your link attached, which means you get to generate thousands of dollars in commissions.

You don’t need your own products, stores or websites. No advertising or funnels, no chatbots or Solo Ads. This is your commissions on steroids.

Instead of struggling to find the right offer, right audience, and then guessing how to do it the right way, let Aurora do it all for you.

This is the easiest system ever created, with everything done for you, you will just need 5 to 10 minutes a day to start generating your massive earnings.

As you will be able to sense by now, it’s all hype, sugar-coated with promises of the moon, with very little effort on your part. And the best thing is they have not let you in on what exactly the method is all about.

Expecting you to buy in without it being an informed decision for you, except being informed that Jono already made $5K before breakfast, is that good enough to convince you?

I hope not.

Now, we will proceed to unmask the real workings inside of Aurora.

How Aurora really works

Pinterest Traffic

The free traffic that Aurora will automate for you is none other than free Pinterest traffic. If you upgrade, you will also get automation for traffic from Instagram.

How does it work?

Basically you choose public figures from Pinterest who are the main influencers in your niche. Aurora will then go and follow their followers, since these followers of the influencers will be interested in your niche, and possibly what you have to offer.

When this audience receive a notification that says your profile has just followed them, and looking at your profile name, they will decide it is something they are interested in, so they will go and interact with your Pinterest account, as well as your links and offers.

High ticket offer

From Pinterest, your link takes people to a static page, with an automated webinar that is supposed to convert cold traffic into buyers. You will then get to sell people a high ticket offer, making a commission of 50%. So for a $2K product, you make $1K commission per sale. Which is extremely lucrative, of course.

What’s more, you do not even have to do any selling yourself. The automated funnel that brings your audience to the webinar will have a professional marketer who is doing the selling to them.

The high ticket program that is included inside Aurora, that you can choose to promote, is none other than another program created by Brendan Mace and Jono Armstrong themselves: Project Profit Academy.

Why Aurora will not work for you

Free Pinterest traffic is not targeted

Personal experience tells me that Pinterest can drive traffic to your offers, yes, no doubt about that. But this traffic will never be half as targeted as free organic traffic.

Because the audience are not at the buyer stage, they probably just want to learn more about the niche, since they followed some prominent figures in the niche, which is how you would have found them in the first place.

This means they were not even actively searching for your offers.

High ticket programs are extremely difficult to sell

Even if there are people who are interested after seeing your offers, do you think they will buy in an instant, especially for such an exorbitantly priced program?

Chances are, they are going to do their own research with search engines. And guess who turn up on page 1 of their search results?

I think you guessed it! Jono and Brendan themselves! Because they understand the true value of free organic traffic, those from search engines, which are the most targeted traffic, since these people are actively searching for their offers.

So these people who choose to find out more about a specific product would likely be in the last phase of their research cycle, with strong buyers’ intent. And they will convert on those product review websites they land on, not through your offers, since you have not been able to nurture a relationship with them yet, they couldn’t have learnt to trust you enough to take up your offers.

But when they land on websites of seasoned marketers like Jono, who are able to offer valuable reviews on the products they are promoting, they will be persuaded to make the purchase.

Using the bot in Aurora on Pinterest can get you banned

Pinterest is a search engine with a social aspect to it. Even as a real person, when you try to follow too many people at any one time, without contributing on the platform in other meaningful ways, you can risk getting your Pinterest account banned, as you will be suspected as trying to spam people.

Using bots make it much worse. No platform likes bots in their system.

Following people using bots is very risky, and can very likely get your account banned, as the Pinterest algorithm will flag you out as spam.

That is why Jono himself recommends that you use churn and burn Pinterest accounts that you can buy, and not your real account that you have been genuinely using for your business.

Hence this is not a sustainable traffic method, in my opinion.

Creators of Aurora may not have your best interest at heart

Jono and Brendan are serial product launchers. One moment they promote paid traffic, claiming only paid traffic will convert to give you instant results, and the next moment, they say you do not need paid traffic, just use Aurora to get free Pinterest traffic.

They launch a new product every few months, sometimes every month. Examples of their recent products include Octane, StealthD, Boomerang Buddy, and Cash Magnets, to name just a few.

Each time they claim it is the last software you will ever need, it is the secret that the gurus have been hiding from you, it is going to get you instant results with minimal work, whatever…

If any of their product is any good, why do they have to keep launching a new one every month or so? Why do they not just develop the great program, improve and build upon it, to add more value to its users?

Each time they promise the moon, but never deliver, because this is not how the internet works.

But yet they are highly successful, because they know the real secret, which is no secret. It is to work hard. They have worked hard for years to reach where they are today, having their own websites, their own YouTube channel, on which they create unique and original content consistently, so that they get ranked well on search engines, and people can find them when researching for product reviews.

And then they make use of their success to sell empty promises that are all hype, having people believe that these products were the ones that brought them their huge success.

If they tell you the truth that the secret to success is working your butts off, it won’t sell, because nobody wants to work for it. At least the vast majority won’t. And that is precisely why only so few people succeed in making money online.

The proper way to earn an online income

I guess everyone starts off wanting to make it rich fast. It’s a very natural thing, that’s just human nature. I wasn’t spared of all the temptations on the internet myself.

But when I realised those empty promises are only going to make other people rich, and not me, I stopped looking for shiny objects.

I found a dull-looking object, but I knew in my heart that is the real deal. From then on, I have never looked back.

I am now working full time from home, growing my internet business, and making an online income. I started from scratch with zero knowledge in this area. If I can do it, you can, too.

Here’s a peek into my earnings on a recent day:

affiliate commission

As you can see, more than $100 a day is very do-able. And this is not even at its maximum potential yet, I’m still growing this business every single day.

Pros of Aurora

1. Real owners

Yes, Jono Armstrong and Brendan Mace are real people, highly successful in their own rights. But it does not mean whatever products they create will be in your best interest.

2. 30 day money back guarantee

This basic refund policy is in place, for people who are dissatisfied with the product.

3. The software will do what it does

You will get a product that actually brings you free Pinterest traffic to your affiliate offer of some high ticket programs, but conversions rates will most likely be pretty bad. And in fact, you will be bringing people with buyers’ intent to land and convert on established websites instead.

Cons of Aurora

1. Free Pinterest traffic does not convert well

From my personal experience, Pinterest is a good platform to get traffic coming to your offers, but they are not ready buyers, so the conversion rates will be miserably low.

2. Sales for high ticket programs are never easy to make

You cannot expect people to buy products worth a few grand if they do not even know you at all. Why should they trust you to take up your recommendation, especially with the amount of spams and scams going around these days?

3. If they are that good, they will not launch a new product each month

These glib-tongued internet marketers use hype to sell their products. When customers start to feedback about how ineffective the method is, they move on to a new product, whose reputation they can start afresh, to bait some more beginners entering the internet marketing niche trying to make some money online.

4. Upsells

Just as with any other product that serves to dig deep into your pocket, Aurora is no different. Just as you purchase the front end product, even before you get a chance to try it out and see if it works for you or not, you will be bombarded with pricey upsells that promise to make you more money, in even less time.

Upsell 1: $67 – Pro version

Upsell 2: $197 – Done for you, webinars for 5 high ticket programs

Upsell 3: $197 – Limitless traffic

Upsell 4: $97 – License rights

As you can see, the money is in the upsells, and not so much the front end product. So you can be sure the marketing will be quite aggressive. These seasoned marketers know that once your wallet is out of your pocket, you would be easier to convince to upgrade.

Is Aurora Scam or legit?

Aurora is a legitimate product that automates Pinterest free traffic to your offers, and sets up a webinar to a high ticket program that you can promote to earn commissions.

Recommendation

I do not recommend Aurora, because the free traffic from Pinterest will not convert easily into buyers, what’s more with an expensive product.

If you want to make some serious money online, you have to do it the proper way: set up your own website, create content on it so that search engines will rank you well, and visitors with strong buyers’ intent will be able to find you.

It is exactly what I have done too. In fact, this method is so versatile you can choose whatever niche that interests you, and that you are passionate about, you do not have to be limited to promoting done-for-you sales funnels in whatever software.

Whether it’s a hobby, any health-related issue that you are dealing with, parenting, traveling, etc. you will be able to monetise it.

This real deal does not promise instant results, but instead provides the knowledge and lifelong skills required to grow a successful online business, which is exactly what I have done. Check it out by clicking on the button below:
