LiteBucks Review Summary

Creator: Unknown

Product type: influencer platform

Scam / Legit? : SCAM

Recommended or not? : NOT recommended

LiteBucks.com is a scam that is dressed up, all glamorous and glittery, to lure people into a data harvesting scheme. They will sell your email contact to third party advertisers.

At the same time, as you engage on their platform, you may land on shady websites through some links, or get malware installed on your device, or even get even more personal data harvested, as you sign up for free trials, surveys, and stuff like that.

At the end of the day, not a single person is getting paid. Stay away from this malicious site.

What is LiteBucks

To find out what is LiteBucks, let us first take a look at its website:

litebucks home page

It claims to be an influencer network, paying you $10 per referral, and $25 bonus upon signing up for free.

Advertisers use their platform for brand exposure. So when you bring in friends, LiteBucks’ earnings increase as advertisers are paying them more.

And they share this ads revenue with you, everyone wins.

Not so fast, though.

Even though it may sound very enticing that you can get to make such easy money without doing much, the carrot is too big.

Alarm bells should be ringing.

You see, nobody in this industry is paying this much. Advertisers themselves are paying much less to these platforms in a model like this. How in the world is LiteBucks going to pay you whatever they promised?

At this rate, they will go bankrupt the very week that they start running their platform.

Besides this huge sign that something is seriously not right, let me show you the other red flags on this influencer network.

Red Flags in LiteBucks.com

Founded in 2015? I seriously don’t think so

On their About page, it is stated that LiteBucks was founded in 2015.

litebucks about

That’s not all.

They have been certified. By who? Just wondering.

Over $44 million has been paid to members. Wow, they’re really rich, for a platform like this.

Take a look at what I uncovered:

litebucks domain

Their website domain was only registered on September 16, 2019.

I guess there’s no need to say more.

Fake payment proof

Maybe it’s pure coincidence that all the 10 payment proofs shown on the LiteBucks.com website end with gmail.com.

Dates are all wrong too. Payment were made before LiteBucks even existed.

Fake email address

A simple check of their email address provided for contact revealed this:

litebucks email

It seems that there was never any intention to get in touch with any member right from the outset.

This is bad, as it simply tells me they are trying to hide.

Social media buttons that do not lead anywhere

For the #1 influencer network that has been ‘credited’ by goodness knows who, what do you think of their social media buttons linking to nowhere?

Quite impressive, isn’t it?

Owner of the platform does not make an appearance

There is no information about who is running the platform. And yet they require your payment details, in order to supposedly let you cash out.

I’d be really careful with my payment information. Don’t want it to land in the wrong hands.

What LiteBucks Does Exactly

You may be wondering, since it is free to join, and they have not taken any of your money, how do they scam you?

Well, scammers do not have to take your money. But ultimately, when you do whatever they want you to, they get to make money.

Data harvesting

By signing up on their platform, you have to provide your email contact, name, and password.

They then go ahead to sell this email contact list to third party advertisers. It can fetch a high price, since LiteBucks members are all interested in making money, so this is considered a highly targeted list, which is very precious to people who are trying to promote products in the make money niche.

On your end, you will be receiving lots of spam in your inbox, for get-rich-quick schemes that promise the moon.

Having said that, I hope you do not go away thinking that everyone who asks for your email is a scammer.

When you provide your email to companies, opting in to receive promotions and offers from them, and they actually do send you those offers, that’s not a scam.

On LiteBucks, you provided your email just to register on the platform. They turned around and sold it to people you do not know, and you receive all that unsolicited spam that you never opted to receive. That is scam.

Engaging on the platform may be dangerous for you

You never know what these people are capable of, except they can lie blatantly on their own website, and that they are malicious.

When you click on links, you may land on some shady websites, like online casinos, or banned products pages, etc.

Another possibility is that your device could get infected by viruses, or malware. For instance, when you are asked to download some app for free, you never know what it can do to your mobile phone or computer.

Or when you sign up for a free trial and have to provide payment details, or even your phone number and home address, that could further put your safety at risk.

The longer you remain on the platform, the more unsafe it is.

To round up this article, let me recap and summarize the pros and cons, before I finally make my conclusion.

Pros of LiteBucks

There is not a single advantage of signing up with LiteBucks. Stay as far away as you can.

Cons of LiteBucks

1. You won’t get paid

LiteBucks.com will never pay out. Not even a single cent.

2. Your inbox will get spammed

Not that it is anything serious, since unsubscribing should remove the irritant. But still, it is an infringement of your privacy.

3. Your online security may be compromised

They may try to access your email account using your password for LiteBucks, and other kinds of nonsense. Just be very careful if you have provided any payment information.

4. People you referred will lose their trust for you

I’m sure if you had referred any friends and family to the platform, it was to genuinely introduce them to something that you thought would help them out financially.

But once they find out the truth about this platform, it’s inevitable that they will lose their trust in your judgement.

Is LiteBucks Scam or Legit?

LiteBucks is a scam, through and through. It will do you more harm than good.

It is very similar to these other scams: Cash4Clickz, InfluencersEarn, VpoMoney.Club, and NiceCash, to name just a few.

An Alternative

Everyone wants to be rich, but guess who will make it?

It’s a very natural thing, that’s just human nature. I mean, find me someone who doesn’t want to get rich fast, and with minimum effort.

I wasn’t spared of all the temptations on the internet, hopping from one shiny object to the next.

But when I realized those empty promises are only going to make other people rich, and not me, I stopped looking for shiny objects.

I found a dull-looking object, but I knew in my heart that is the real deal. And from then on, I have never looked back.

An honest, down-to-earth method that will get you there. It’s not going to be easy, but it will get you there.

Versus the fast and easy way but gets you nowhere.

Which would you choose?

I am now working full time from home, growing my internet business, and making an online income. I started from scratch with zero knowledge in this area. If I can do it, you can, too.

Here’s a peek into my daily earnings:

That’s almost $200 in just one single day. It’s nothing to boast about, though, as it’s just a small fraction of its full potential. I just wanted to show you the possibilities.
