20K Extra Review – What They DON’T Tell You

20K Extra Review

Welcome to my 20K Extra review.

What is this product by Kevin Fahey? What unique system can allow you to start and scale your own business today, with just a couple of hours of work a day?

Can it really work? Or is it another over-hyped and under-delivered product that will just add on to your frustration at the lack of results in the online world?

As you do your research, you will see lots of people promoting 20K Extra and saying how good it is. Those positive reviews are done by its affiliates, who will ride on the wave of each new product launch. They place every product on the pedestal, taking its sales copy and putting it on their websites.

But whether or not they genuinely care about how much value the products provide to their customers is an entirely different story. I will leave it to you to decide.

Without further ado, let’s dive right into the review now!

20K Extra Review Summary

Product: 20K Extra

Creator: Kevin Fahey

Product type: training on affiliate marketing and product creation

Price: $12.50

Scam / Legit? : Legit

Recommended or not? : NOT recommended

20K Extra is training on product creation, as well as the strategies used by Kevin Fahey in affiliate marketing for low, medium and high ticket products.

Though legitimate, these are techniques that work for him because he is already a successful marketer in the make money niche, with his own audience base and network.

For a beginner, it ultimately boils down to traffic and building up a proper foundation for your online business. If you decide to implement Kevin’s training, it will still take 1 to 2 years to see results.

Another issue I have with this is that the products you will be promoting (in the make money niche) are often low quality, so your audience won’t be likely to hang around for too long.

What is 20K Extra

To find out what is 20K Extra, let us first take a look at its website:

20k extra home page

In 20K Extra, Kevin teaches quite detailed strategies of what he is doing to make money as an internet marketer: through affiliate marketing and product creation.

His niche is in the make money online market, so the techniques you will learn are relevant specifically to this niche.

In the affiliate marketing module, some of the subtopics include:

– the top 3 affiliate networks (this is specifically for the make money niche)
– picking the right product
– planning the promotion of the product
– networking with the vendors so that you can get approved
– creating your review video, bonus page, blog post, and squeeze page
– getting traffic: preselling your bonus page, Facebook and other social media traffic, Solo Ads and other paid traffic.

In the product creation module, you will learn:

– setting up your sales funnel
– setting up your JV page
– launching your product
– maxing out your product promotion
– closing high ticket sales
– leveraging your profits
– advanced affiliate attraction
– super funnel training
– Trello training
– product launch calendar.

As you can see, the training does cover various aspects of the business. For $12.50, it is something most people can afford.

For a 14-day money back guarantee, I would say the risk is low enough that I wouldn’t strongly discourage you from buying. That is, if you really want to get an insight to what these serial product launchers and affiliate marketers are doing.

But before you buy it, do hear me out in the next section. I will be pointing out some issues with the method taught.

Red Flags in 20K Extra

Products in the make money niche are often low quality

Personally, this is a big issue I have with the method taught in 20K Extra.

Which do you think will attract more people
– something that gets you rich instantly, with zero work, or
– something that you have to put in long hours and lots of effort for?

I think the answer is obvious.

People want instant gratification. If there is some short cut, some secret formula, you can be sure they will go for it.

And where there is demand, there will be supply.

That is why inherently, the make money niche is full of crappy products. And I don’t really blame the product creators, though I absolutely do not agree with what they do.

The popular affiliate networks in this niche include ClickBank, WarriorPlus, and JVZoo, among others. It’s the wild west on these platforms, because nobody regulates the quality of products sold.

Where there is money to be made, whatever goes. Well, at least that’s the feeling I get.

You can definitely look for good quality products to promote. In fact, that should be the way to run a sustainable affiliate marketing business – recommend only the highest quality stuff to your audience.

But if that’s the case, then 20K Extra is not relevant anymore. Those good products are just sitting there on the platforms, there are no frequent launches or any hype that you can ride on, which is what Kevin’s training hinges on.

It is not as easy as it seems

20k extra easy

I’m not comfortable with how Kevin makes it sound.

Step 1: Go through the training.

Step 2: Implement it.

And that’s it.

If this is how he wants to put it, then everything in life is easy!

Step 1 get a University degree, step 2 implement what you learn. And you will find success in life.

The truth is far from what he wants you to think.

You see, the make money niche is ultra competitive. I’m sure you have seen all those websites that show up on the first few pages of the search results when you tried to research about 20K Extra.

Those affiliate sites are the ones that will likely make money from promoting this product, because they have a foundation to their business – a website that is ranking well in the search engines.

So when you use other traffic methods to try to sell things, whether by posting on Facebook or sending the offer to an email list, people who are interested in the product are going to do their own research.

And guess who they find?

Yes, those affiliates’ websites. And they are going to buy from them. They will find someone whose review is authentic, engage with other stuff on the website, and get to trust the website owner, then buy from him or her.

And how long do you think those affiliates took to get their websites ranking?

It takes many months of consistent hard work, creating product review after product review on their site, before search engines trust them enough to present these sites to people searching for the products.

That is not to say you will never succeed at it.

My point is, do not let anybody tell you making money online is easy, because it is NOT.

You have to be wary of people who say that, because they do not have your best interest at heart.

What 20K Extra Does Exactly

20K Extra is going to get you all excited about making an extra 20K using Kevin’s system that allows you to start a business and scale it up today.

Based on this statement, I can tell you frankly this will never happen.

His strategies can work, but it will take a long time of grinding. Everything does, there is no fast and easy way to get there, especially on the internet.

And if you can get it to work, why not promote high quality products to your audience?

Then at least you can build up a brand, gain loyal fans, and continue to promote tools and services that will actually help them in their make-money ventures.

To round up this article, let me recap and summarize the pros and cons, before I finally make my conclusion.

Pros of 20K Extra

1. Real owner

Kevin Fahey is a real person, an internet marketer known by people in his niche. This says a lot about accountability, when the product vendor is willing to stand behind his own creation.

2. 14 day money back guarantee

This basic refund policy is in place, for people who are dissatisfied with the product. But take note that it is only for 14 days.

3. There is some value in the training

If product quality is not that much of a concern to you, then the training does offer some value in that these are the real strategies employed by the successful marketers.

Cons of 20K Extra

1. Only works in the internet marketing niche

As an affiliate marketer, you do not have to restrict yourself to any particular niche, because the sky is the limit.

You should choose a niche that not only can be profitable, it should also be something you will truly enjoy working on.

2. Not as easy as what it is made to sound

Nothing is easy when you want to make real money online. Do not let anyone convince you otherwise.

3. Upsells

Many products in the make money niche also have this trait: a low cost front-end product, with more expensive upsells that will be bombarded your way, right after you check out your shopping cart.

The money is in the upsells. And there will be scarcity tactics thrown in. That is why they are also called one-time offers (OTOs).

Rest assured these upgrades will always be there. Go through the front end product in your own time, and be convinced of how much value it provides you before deciding on getting the upgrades if you want.

These are the upsells in 20K Extra:

OTO1: $15 – Commission Five

OTO2: $18 per month – IM Checklist Gold membership

OTO3: $197 – 460 Marketing Checklists with PLR

OTO4: $37 – IM Traffic

Is 20K Extra Scam or Legit?

20K Extra is a legitimate training product. It works only in the make money niche, and like anything else, takes time and lots of effort to see results.

Some previous products by Kevin Fahey include Lazy Affiliate Method and Magiimaker.

An Alternative

Everyone wants to be rich, but guess who will make it?

It’s a very natural thing, that’s just human nature. I mean, find me someone who doesn’t want to get rich fast, and with minimum effort.

I wasn’t spared of all the temptations on the internet, hopping from one shiny object to the next.

But when I realized those empty promises are only going to make other people rich, and not me, I stopped looking for shiny objects.

I found a dull-looking object, but I knew in my heart that is the real deal. And from then on, I have never looked back.

An honest, down-to-earth method that will get you there. It’s not going to be easy, but it will get you there.

Versus the fast and easy way to empty your pockets and get you nowhere.

Which would you choose?

I am now working full time from home, growing my internet business, and making an online income. I started from scratch with zero knowledge in this area. If I can do it, you can, too.

Here’s a peek into my daily earnings:

That’s almost $200 in just one single day. It’s nothing to boast about, though, as it’s just a small fraction of its full potential. I just wanted to show you the possibilities.

  1. I appreciate how informative your review about 20K Extra is.

This helps me make better decisions in this niche, not just for this product. A lot of programs can start off so promising. Not that “easy” money is the goal but like you said a lot of these things can be very misleading for some people and this gave me a great amount of detail to make a better purchasing decision. Thank you!
