KingsRansoms.com is a data harvesting site that will sell your contact information, and make more money off you as you complete the tasks on the platform. Furthermore, you may get your online safety compromised.

And at the end of the day, they will not pay out a single cent.

What is KingsRansoms

To find out what is KingsRansoms, let us first take a look at its website:

kingsransoms home page

First off, to make it very clear, this review is about KingsRansoms.com (with the “s”). It has nothing to do with another website with a very similar name – KingsRansom.com (without the “s”).

Now that’s out of the way, let’s take a closer look at KingsRansoms.

Self-proclaimed to be the world’s #1 influencer network, it wants to pay you $30 for signing up, and $20 for every referral that you bring onto the platform. On top of that, you get massive earnings $30 to $50 for every task that you complete on the website.

But where does it find all that money to pay you?

Even though KingsRansoms does not say it explicitly, there are many sites like it that connect advertising companies to their audience.

So as you bring in the crowd (as an influencer), you make the platform an attractive place for vendors and organizations to advertise their businesses.

And KingsRansoms will share their ads revenue with you.

Though it sounds perfectly workable, the biggest red flag is the out-of-this-world fees that they are shoving into your hands.

$20 per referral and $50 per task is unheard of in the advertising industry.

More realistic figures are a hundred times smaller.

So this sounded an alarm bell, and is just one of the many reasons why I think KingsRansoms is out to cheat your time and effort.

Now, let’s take a look at its other red flags.

Red Flags in KingsRansoms

1. Single page website

For a company that is paying out so much money to its members, I find it surprising that its website is its home page and nothing else.

Its legal pages, like privacy policy, terms and conditions, etc. are accessible only after you click the ‘sign up’ button and try to register to the platform.

2. Ridiculous terms and conditions page

Take a look at this:

kingsransoms terms

This is how they will lawfully refuse to pay you. If you are under 99 years of age, you are not even supposed to be using the site.

And it is not a typing error. Besides the number “99”, it is spelled out in word too.

3. Fake social buttons

Right at the bottom of its home page, the social buttons are fake. They do not lead to KingsRansoms’ specific social media accounts.

They simply bring you to the generic home pages of those social media platforms, like Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.

Why would the world’s #1 leading influencer network not even have its own social accounts?

4. No email contact

KingsRansoms does not provide an email address for members or the general public to contact them with.

What would happen if you get locked out of your account for whatever reason?

To me, it seems that KingsRansoms has no intention of letting people get in touch with them. Which is bad.

5. Brand new domain

The domain of KingsRansoms.com was only very recently registered, in January 2020.

Nothing wrong with being new per se, it’s just that this means it has not proven its credibility or has had any track record for paying out promptly yet.

How KingsRansoms.com Really Works

1. It harvests your data

First and foremost, KingsRansoms.com is a data harvesting site. It collates the names and email addresses of its members into a list, and sells it at a high price to third party advertisers.

Lists like that are considered highly targeted in the make money online niche, which is a very lucrative one.

The act of signing up onto the platform shows that you are interested to make money online.

Hence vendors will buy the list, and bombard your inbox with the underground hack that earns you instant commissions, or the done for you business in a box that does not require you to lift a finger to get money rolling in.

And we all know none of these will work.

2. It makes you work for free

As you go about completing the tasks on the platform, KingsRansoms continues to make money off your actions.

kingsransoms tasks

Those surveys, downloading of apps, clicking on links, signing up for free trials, etc. will allow KingsRansoms to earn from the vendors that pay them for each action done.

The bottomline is: at the end of the day, they are not going to pay you a single cent.

They themselves are not earning anything close to what they are offering to pay you. So they will NOT pay out.

But as members do those tasks, they will see their earnings on the dashboard going sky high. So they will create Youtube videos that supposedly can make them $50 each, to say good things about KingsRansoms.com.

Those are victims of the scam too, as they have not yet realized that the platform is a huge fraud.

3. It puts your online safety at risk

These people behind KingsRansoms are unscrupulous. They will stoop low just to make money. We will never know what kind of vendors they work with.

So everywhere you step (or rather, click), it could be a landmine.

For instance, downloading an app could introduce some malware onto your device. Signing up for a free trial could get more of your personal and payment details stolen. Clicking on a link could land you on some illegal online casino.

To round up this article, let me recap and summarize the pros and cons, before I finally make my conclusion.

Pros of KingsRansoms

There is not a single advantage to the website. It will do you more harm than good.

Cons of KingsRansoms

1. It harvests your data

Though it might sound like a minor inconvenience to receive spam in your inbox, the fact remains that it is wrong to sell the information that you provided only for signing up to the platform.

It infringes on your privacy rights.

2. It makes money off your time and effort

As you get busy with the tasks on the platform that look like such an easy way to make money, KingsRansoms does make money, but not a single cent will be paid out to any member.

3. Your online security will be compromised

Every single action you take on the platform is a potential for your online security to be compromised.

Is KingsRansoms Scam or Legit?

KingsRansoms is a scam, through and through. Stay far away from it.

Other similar scams that all claims to be the world’s leading influencer network include ShoutNow, EZ Bucks, OGTask, CashInfluence, and SwiftBucks, to name just a few.

An Alternative

I know you want to be rich. Believe me, I do too.

It’s a very natural thing, that’s just human nature. I mean, find me someone who doesn’t want to get rich fast, and with minimum effort.

I wasn’t spared of all the temptations on the internet, hopping from one shiny object to the next.

But when I realized those empty promises are only going to make other people rich, and not me, I stopped looking for shiny objects.

An honest, down-to-earth method that will get you there. It’s not going to be easy, but it will get you there.

Versus the fast and easy way that gets you nowhere except round and round in circles, wasting precious time.

Which would you choose?

I think I can guess your choice. 🙂
