Bioreigns Review Summary

Product: Bioreigns

Creator: Bryan Reed

Product type: MLM (multilevel marketing) company selling CBD products

Price: $159.99 to $599.99 Enrollment Packages + monthly personal order requirements

Scam / Legit? : Legit

Recommended or not? : Not recommended

Bioreigns has great CBD products that are not too diverse, and yet can cater to almost everyone looking to improve or maintain their health. It boasts of the industry’s only water dissolvable CBD, which enhances its bio-availability.

However, its compensation plan is slanted towards recruitment, which is the main reason why I personally do not recommend it as a home-based business opportunity. Moreover, the monthly PQV (Personal Qualifying Volume) required to maintain your rank is going to add up pretty quickly, possibly bringing your finances in the red.

What is Bioreigns

A brief background of Bioreigns

Bryan Reed, the founder of Bioreigns, had a biochemist friend who developed this water-soluble CBD, greatly enhancing its bio-availability. Plus the anti-oxidative and anti-inflammatory effects of curcumin, people who first got to try out their products saw immense benefits, and kept asking for more.

Originally intended for retail type of business, it then hit upon Bryan to reward customers who are recommending their products to others, making it a win-win for everyone, and hence the birth of Bioreigns as a network marketing company.

It is very new, just officially launched two months back in September 2019.

Bioreigns Product Line

There are various Bioreigns CBD products sold as separate items, but they can be purchased in packages as well.

The product range is not too overwhelming, I like the simplicity of it.

Another point worth mentioning is that lab test reports are available to the public, on the Bioreigns website. This is something you should always look out for when deciding on which CBD brands to use.

CBD Daily Tincture

This comes in peach or peppermint flavor, with or without curcumin. To be taken under the tongue or added to your favorite beverage for a CBD-infused drink, it is also gluten free and vegan friendly.

bioreigns cbd daily tincture

A 30 ml bottle costs $69.99. At extra strength and ultra strength, the prices are $89.99 and $149.99 respectively.

There is a full-spectrum version that contains THC.

CBD Lean

This tincture consists of a weight loss formula, giving you the boost that your body needs to burn fat and lose weight.

Limitless

This is in capsule form, comprising Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor (BDNF) peptides, which enhances your energy, as well as memory and focus.

DermAffect

This is a serum comprising 4 peptides, helping to rejuvenate your skin, making it more radiant and smooth.

Gummies

These are fun snacks that provide the benefits of a THC-free CBD complex.

What I do not like about it is the use of artificial flavors and coloring. They are gluten free, though. Oh, and expensive! A bottle of 60 gummies costs $69.99.

Pain Relief

These come in the form of lotion, cream, salve, or roll-on. I checked out the ingredients of the pain relief salve, and am happy to report that they are all natural.

Will the products sell?

Personally, I firmly believe in the healing properties of CBD.

Though in my country it is illegal, I have seen people in various health-related Facebook groups that I am a part of reap immense relief from their symptoms for all sorts of ailments, from pain and inflammation to anxiety and autism.

And if what Bioreigns claims about the water-soluble and high bio-availability aspect of their products is true, then this brand could be worth its expensive price.

Otherwise, it is just another one of the numerous CBD MLM companies out there, selling overpriced stuff to pay their elite teams of top distributors, supporting their lavish lifestyle.

Ultimately, if you are going to promote any MLM company, you would have to try out the products for yourself, and get good results enough to be passionate about the brand.

MLM is extremely hard work, if you are not a staunch believer in the company and what its products can do to help people, it is not going to work out.

Bioreigns Product Quality and Feedback

Since Bioreigns has only been recently launched, customer reviews are not easy to find. Whatever that can be found on the internet are all the raving reviews by its distributors, so I would take them with a pinch of salt.

The lab testing reports should provide some level of assurance to the quality of Bioreigns’ products, though. For this, I’d give them a big thumbs up.

Bioreigns Business Opportunity

How to become a Bioreigns Distributor

Get any one of these Enrollment Packages to become a distributor. The unique thing about this is that you’re also buying into a rank level.

Distributor Activation $109.99 (1 Day Tincture) + $50 activation fee

Sample Activation $129.99 (3 sample packages) + $50 activation fee

Manager Activation $249.99 (1 Limitless, 1 peppermint Day Tincture, 1 peach Sleep Tincture, 2 sample packs)

Elite Activation $599.99 (products in Gift Card Credit)

So effectively, you can get yourself onto the Elite rank by purchasing the Elite Activation package, and stand to earn more in commissions and bonuses.

However, with each increasing rank, the rank qualification increases as well. Unless you are well-armed with a whole village of family and friends bursting to sign up under you, I do not think it is worthwhile to buy into the higher ranks.

Bioreigns Partner

There is also a Partner program, where you can join by just paying a $50 registration fee, get your replicate website, and receive 10% commission on all retail sales that you bring in.

I love this aspect of the business, because this is truly a retail-focused program, without any recurring fee, and without having to recruit a single person.

The downside is the low commission rate.

In fact, if you are considering this, you might as well look into affiliate programs by CBD companies that run on the retail model. For most of them, there is no need to even pay any registration fee.

How to make money with Bioreigns

As with any other MLM company, there are two main ways to make money with Bioreigns: through retail commission by selling its products to retail customers, and through residual commission and other bonuses by recruiting people into your team.

Retail commission

Retail commission is 50% of the CV (Commissionable Volume), whenever a retail customer purchases from your Bioreigns replicated website.

Though it seems a lot, do note that it is not 50% of the retail price.

Every product has a CV attached to it, typically half of the retail value, in the case of Bioreigns.

For instance, for the Pain Relief Pack which costs $198.85, the CV is 99. And 50% of this 99 CV works out to be $49.50.

Hence you are effectively getting 25%, thereabouts, of the retail price.

Still, it is quite a good commission rate.

But the caveat comes in.

You have to be an active distributor in order to earn even the retail commission.

For the entry rank of Distributor level, this means you must have personally enrolled a minimum of 1 Distributor in each of your left and right leg of the binary compensation plan, with each leg having a minimum of 150 ETQV (Enrollment Tree Qualifying Volume),

This is a personal thing, but it puts me off that recruitment is a qualifying criteria to even start earning retail commissions.

If you are already able to meet this requirement of being an active distributor, then here is one sure way to scale up your retail sales:

Recruitment commission

Basically the larger you build up your team, the higher up the ranks you rise, and the higher your potential earnings.

There are 11 ranks in the Bioreigns compensation plan:
– Distributor
– Manager
– Elite
– E5K Distributor
– E10K Distributor
– E25K Distributor
– E50K Distributor
– E100K Distributor
– E250K Distributor
– E500K Distributor
– Bioreigns Elite

For each rank, there are rank requirements that you have to meet, in order to keep yourself at that level.

For Distributor, you need a personal order of 35 PQV (Personal Qualifying Volume) each month. Otherwise, you will lose your rank.

The qualifying rank requirements increase with each rank.

bioreigns rank requirements

I’m not comfortable with this aspect of the compensation plan. Firstly, it means you are going to incur a monthly cost of at least about $70. Though it may not seem a lot, it can still add up quickly.

Secondly, this can mean that Bioreigns derives most of its revenue through distributors’ purchases, instead of retail sales. This can pose a problem with the regulators in the MLM industry.

Moreover, that effectively makes you the customer, doesn’t it? I would have thought requiring distributors to make a minimum amount of retail sales would be more apt, instead of enforcing personal monthly orders.

I mean, if a product can sell itself, they shouldn’t have to turn their distributors into customers too, should they?

Anyway, here is the detailed Bioreigns compensation plan, if you would like to study it more closely.

Why Bioreigns may not work for you

When an MLM compensation plan has a strong focus on recruitment, I will really hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

These reward structures work such that for a beginning distributor, he or she can spend long hours and lots of effort trying to recruit others into their team, and yet get a very small amount of compensation, because earnings get passed up to those at the top of the ranks.

It takes lots of skills at network marketing, grit, perseverance, cash reserves, and probably years to work your way to the top.

Up there, you get to enjoy the fruits of your downlines’ labor.

Is this fair?

To me, it is exploitative. Even if you were a highly skilled marketer, would you have the heart to rope in many others into your team, knowing the vast majority lack the skills required to find any level of success?

Take a look at this report on the website of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC):

ftc report

99% of MLM participants in general do not make a profit.

The person who is trying to get you into the business could be making a loss themselves, and yet attempting to sell you the dream lifestyle.

In a similar way, when you try to recruit, you will find the drop-off rate to be extremely high, because of how difficult it is to see any results.

It can get frustrating. And that’s an understatement.

All your hard work in recruiting would go down the drain when your downline gives up faster than you can say Jack Robinson.

To round up this article, let me recap and summarize the pros and cons, before I finally make my conclusion.

Pros of Bioreigns

1. New company

You stand a higher chance of success if you join any MLM company early, since the market is not yet saturated. That is, provided you are skilled at network marketing, and are artful in persuading people to join you.

2. Good quality products that serve a real need

CBD is a rising star as a niche, as people are becoming more aware of its amazing benefits, and many countries around the world are legalizing its medicinal use.

If Bioreigns’ CBD products are as bio-available as it claims, there will be a real demand for it.

Cons of Bioreigns

1. Expensive

Expensive products are a standard feature of any MLM company, as a hefty amount goes to pay its distributors up the line.

2. High upfront investment

With $159.99 being the lowest priced Enrollment Package to get yourself into the Bioreigns business, I would say it is no small sum.

Plus the monthly personal orders you would have to make to retain your rank, the investment into the business can easily be more than what you are able to get out of it, especially in the beginning months (or even years).

3. Focus on recruitment

Bioreigns’ compensation plan has a clear focus on recruitment, which is not to the best advantage of the new distributor.

4. Projected income statement

Take a look at Bioreigns’ own projected income statement for their distributors.

bioreigns projected income

At annual earnings of $500 to $2000 (this is in one whole year, not a month), it should be easy to decide if this opportunity is for you.

Moreover, as they rightly state, this has not even taken into consideration all the costs involved yet. You may end up poorer than before you stepped in.

Is Bioreigns Scam or legit?

Bioreigns is definitely a legitimate MLM company, with great CBD products. It’s a shame that its earning opportunity may not be as great as its products.

Other MLM companies that are also selling CBD include Hempworx, Emris, Cili by Design, and CTFO, to name just a few.

An Alternative

If you have tried out any MLM and not seen any results, I can understand the frustration. It is not your fault. MLM compensation plans set majority of the distributors up for failure.

It is why I have steered clear of them, and been fortunate enough to have found something that truly works.

That does not mean what I am doing is easy.

Making money legitimately is never easy, no matter which method you choose.

But at least I do not have to recruit a single person into any program. No face to face selling too.

Everything I earn goes into my pockets, not to feed other people’s luxury lifestyle.

My ‘compensation plan’ is fair and square, and totally transparent. The more sales I drive to the companies, the more commissions I make.

And there is no limit to the number of companies I can promote, since I do not have to pay anyone a single cent to access the right to promote them.

At any one time, I’m promoting numerous companies, leveraging on the internet to attract a massive amount of free traffic that is highly targeted and ready to buy.

In fact, my traffic comes looking for me.

  1. Hi Joo!
I just wanted see if you would go back and take a look at the compensation plan, the packages and overall business. Ive been told ALOT of changes were made and seen many as well. Im curious to see the result. After January of 2020, the website was updated a few times, compensation plan was tweaked, packages changed, the overall business seems to be flourishing. I appreciate non biased, honest opinions so thank you for doing that. Thanks so much

  2. I signed up for Bioreigns and was really excited! Within the first 30 days, I signed up 5 people directly under me and then also signed another 7 under those people to help them succeed. Its been 3 months and literally every single person who signed up has since quit the business! This article is 100 percent true and fair.

    • Hi NoneYah,

Thank you for dropping by and sharing your experience with Bioreigns. Really appreciate it.

I must say your network marketing skills are really great, to have signed up that many people under your team in such a short time.

If your team members could acquire those skills too, they may be willing to stay longer to see how things work out.
But ultimately, network marketing is not for everyone. Most people do not succeed at it. Those who do have mastered attraction marketing, targeting a large audience base that allows them to see greater sign up rates than drop offs. It’s not easy to sustain at all.

I sincerely hope you find success in whatever journey you take from here.

    • I’m really curious what happened NoneYah that they all dropped out? What was the main issue? For me, I signed up however the number of issues with the website and errors that pop up for people to order is exhausting. Some people place an order but then it doesnt go through. I was told things were being fixed but nothing. I’ve complained, contacted customer support, but I get the brush off. I’m on the fence right now about leaving. Products are amazing but when you have zero customer support, that’s a big problem.
